She indicated her determination to attract investments from German SMEs into Ghana and called for increased cooperation between the Embassy and the Chamber in that regard.

As part of the visit, Amb. Dansua met the Ghanaian community in Hamburg, where she urged them to eschew division among themselves and to focus on improving their capacities and those of their children through education and skills development. She also encouraged them to look out for investment opportunities that they could send to Ghana to support national development.

During the visit, H.E. Amb. Akua Dansua attended the 3rd Edition of the African Women’s Awards 2014, also known as the Yaa Asantewaa Awards, initiated by the African German Network Association. She assured the gathering of the Embassy’s willingness to welcome new ideas on how to further the development of Ghana and congratulated the awardees on their achievements.
